I have been a client of Scott's for over a year now. Not only do I meet with Scott for one on one sessions I also take part of his weekly boot camp classes. Since starting with Scott I have lost over 60 pounds and and seen a significant increase in my strength and endurance. Every time I meet with Scott he challenges me to push myself harder and because of this I able to meet goals I never thought possible. I am lucky to be able to work with Scott and am truly grateful he is a part of my weight loss journey.

I have been sweating with Scott for almost two years. I do two 60 minute sessions per week, each one 30 minutes of strength and conditioning and 30 minutes of boxing.

Working out with Scott has made me stronger, my cardio has gone way up and most importantly to me I have lost nearly 60lbs of fat. I reached my initial goal of 199lbs and I'm still losing more. The last time I was under 200lbs was 8-10 years ago!

My wife and I started training with Scott in September 2012. I am over 50 and was never serious on working out (actually….never worked out…). My wife tried different programs with various degrees of results. During our first discussions with Scott, he made us feel that we “can” start, and improve our physical fitness. For me, I did not want to feel intimidated by my lack of physical ability at a large fitness centre.

When we work out with Scott we feel none of that intimidation because everyone that goes there has the same focus…to be fit. From the very first time we met with Scott, he always made us feel that one step at a time, our physical health would improve. And so it has. Scott has helped me strengthen specific areas (ie: lower back) that used to give me pain, and now that pain does not exist!! My wife an I are extremely happy with his help and expertise.

All my life I have worked out the way most people have by running on the treadmill and lifting weights. I never knew what a real workout was until I came to Scott's morning bootcamp classes. 2 minutes doesn't sound like a long time but you don't realize how long it is until you do 2 minutes on the heavy bag or jumping rope or weight lifting. You cover it all: cardio, strength, balance, hand eye coordination and improving your core muscles and breathing. This is the toughest and the best work out I have ever done in my life and the results are certainly starting to come in!

I have only been attending the classes for approximately 8 weeks now and I have noticed an overall improvement in my energy level, endurance and strength. Even after two days I am still feeling it in my muscles which is a great motivating feeling. Scott gives great instructions and makes the gym a place you want to come to. I do not dread going to P4P like I did other gyms. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is fun and very encouraging.

Knowing nothing about MMA or boxing/kickboxing when I first started, Scott has made me feel comfortable, confident and motivated. He is very personable and supportive towards everyone's individual needs. There is never a dull workout, which makes you want to keep coming back for more. I recommend Scott's morning bootcamp at P4P to everyone!

As a nurse I believe that your most important asset in life is your health. Taking the time out of your busy day to go for a workout with Scott is definitely an excellent way to lose weight and stay healthy. Thanks Scott!

I didn't make it through my first bootcamp class with Scott. Out of shape, asthmatic, and generally ill, I was the worst case scenario for a trainer. Fast forward and not only do I make it through my sessions, but I haven't used my inhaler in weeks. I feel better, stronger, and sleep better!

Even in a "group" setting, Scott makes me feel like I have my own personal trainer. He tailors the workout to my abilities, but still pushes me beyond what I thought I could could do.

My class is at 6:30am, a time when most people are just waking up; however the motivation to get out of bed comes from knowing that I'm heading to session that is worth waking up for. Now I can't imagine NOT waking up for my class.

I have been "Sweating with Scott" now since near the beginning of 2013 and have been extremely pleased with my improved level of health and fitness. I was fairly fit when I first came to Scott but felt "stalled" in my quest to take my fitness to the next level. The work-out routines that I have been doing on my own were no longer effective and I felt that I had stalled with regards to my weight-loss and fitness level. I was unsure of how to proceed with regards to the toning and sculpting of my body not to mention becoming bored with the exercises I had come up with on my own. Scott has solved all those dilemmas for me with knowledgable instruction, introducing effective techniques and a personalized program designed specifically to suit my needs. It's a great relief to show up for my session knowing that Scott has already planned and effective workout for me and that he will keep tabs on my progress so my work out sessions will continue to be effective.

I have chosen to do a work-out session that involves half strength-training and half boxing. I find the boxing, not only a lot of fun, but very physically and mentally challenging. It is an intense cardio work-out that still has my gasping for breath most times! Scott changes up my personal training sessions to keep things interesting, keep my body guessing and to ensure I don't get bored. I am no longer stalled in my fitness goals and have definitely noticed an increase in the toning of my body, my fitness abilities and have dropped a few of those stubborn pounds! Scott has taught me the proper way to work out and strength train so I am confident I am doing my works out properly and effectively when I'm forced to work out on my own at home.

I have found Scott to be extremely reliable, conscientious, knowledgable, professional and serious about assisting his clients in achieving their fitness goals. I sit in front of a computer for the majority of the day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year! It also doesn't help that I've hit my mid-forties and find it difficult to keep up with my kids, especially my 10 year old son. My son is heavily involved with martial arts and I have found myself either unable to breathe or I'm getting injured whenever I try to help him practice. My health and fitness was definitely not at its best and I was not happy with the belly pudge.

I take Scott's boxing class once a week and find that it has really helped get me back on track. It's a really tough work-out and has me sweating buckets. I like the Pound4Pound gym environment where the class is held and the crowd that shows up for Scott's class. Scott gives really good instructions and takes the time with each individual to ensure they are getting the most out of the class. One of the best ways to start your day is to begin it with a workout bright and early in the morning. Scott's bootcamp gets you sweating and feeling good. His classes work you hard, using a mixture of cardio as well as strength training. I highly recommend this class as well as other classes he teaches. He is a great instructor and not only do you learn a lot, you sweat a lot!

I am a 46 year old guy in ok shape but prior to meeting Scott l didn't know the difference between a straight punch and a hook. After boxing with Scott for only a few months, I felt confident enough to step into the ring with a much younger and much bigger opponent who was really trying to lay a beating on me. I am happy to say with Scott's training I was able to hold my own. Scott is very professional, knowledgeable but most of all patient. If you're looking to get your boxing game on, novice or experienced he is your man.

I am by no means a morning person, but the bootcamp classes at P4P are worth getting out of bed early for! I have tried other gyms and countless fitness programs but quickly lost interest due to repetition and lack of results. Scott changes up each class to keep things interesting and give us new challenges. He is a great trainer and provides the motivation I need to reach my fitness goals.
