Personal Training
Personal training sessions are customized to fit your needs, goals and fitness level. Working with a personal trainer will get you the most benefit out of your time in the gym. No more time wasted trying to figure out what exercises you should do or what program to follow. Whether you are a complete beginner or you are already in good shape but want to take it to the next level, all you have to do is show up to the gym and I will guide you through a workout that will be customized to your needs and fitness level and get you the results you want.

Workouts include resistance, cardio and flexibility training using a variety of equipment and methods. Being instructed by a trained and experienced fitness professional will maximize your progress and safety.

1-on-1 Boxing and Kickboxing
If you are looking for something more fun than the usual treadmill routine or just want something new and different to add to your current routine this is for you!

Boxers and kickboxers are some of the fittest athletes around and you can train just like they do without ever having to get hit! Using skipping, shadowboxing, hitting the pads, working the heavy bags and more you will get a workout that will have your heart pumping and target your arms, legs and core like nothing you have tried before.

No experience is necessary. Most of the people I train are beginners and you'll learn the basic techniques quickly!

When you are starting out, I offer a reduced price “trial package” of three sessions so you can experience the type of workouts I will take you through, make sure it’s what you’re looking for and make sure we are a good fit together as a team before you sign up in full. New clients can get three 30 minute sessions for $75 or three 60 minute sessions for $120. Limit one trial package per person.

After you have completed your trial package, together we will decide how many sessions would be best for you to reach your goals based on your needs, schedule, budget and current fitness level. You can then sign up for a 4 or 8 week training package priced as follows.

Ladies Only Morning Boxing Bootcamp
My ladies only morning boxing bootcamp class is perfect for early risers, or for those who are unable to find time in their busy schedule to work out in the evening. Each session is a full body strength and cardio workout that includes 30 minutes of no contact boxing drills and 30 minutes of strength and conditioning using freeweights, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises and more.

No boxing experience is necessary and bootcamp is open to ladies of all ages and fitness levels.

Classes run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6:30am. Your first class is free so you can try it out before you sign up.

Boxing Classes
I teach two boxing classes each week at Pound 4 Pound MMA. Classes run on Tuesday nights at 7pm and Friday nights at 6pm and are open to men and women age 13 and up. Classes are no contact and include shadow boxing, heavy bags, focus mitts, partner drills and calisthenics.

Ten and twenty class passes are available or sign up for a full membership to Pound 4 Pound MMA and take part in the other martial arts and fitness classes we offer as well.
